Custom media production involves dedicated studio resources allocated for your project. Billing is milestone-based, reflecting progress and effort. Digital assets are delivered upon successful completion of each stage, ensuring quality and alignment.
Retainer agreements require 30 days advance notice for cancellation to allow for project wind-down. Refunds for unutilized retainer portions are processed based on the remaining balance after accounting for work completed and applicable fees.
